1. Our Logistic Ecosystem
At DAEMON, we partner exclusively with Shiprocket, India's leading logistics solution aggregator, to fulfill all customer orders. Through this integrated platform, we connect with the country's most reliable and premium delivery networks, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart Logistics, and Xpressbees. The specific courier partner is assigned automatically by our system based on serviceability, speed, and reliability indicators for your specific pin code.
2. Processing and Packaging
We understand you are excited to receive your DAEMON gear. Once an order is confirmed and payment is verified, our team works diligently to pack and dispatch your products. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received, excluding Sundays and public holidays, and handed over to our logistics partner for shipment. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
3. Delivery Estimates by Region
Delivery timelines are determined by your delivery address, local courier hub operational factors, and regional serviceability. While major metro areas typically experience faster transit times, deliveries to remote regions, Northeast India, or locations experiencing adverse weather or local holidays may require additional transit time. All delivery timelines shared are general estimates and not guaranteed commitments.
4. Premium Branded Packaging
To ensure your products reach you in absolute mint condition, we pack every item in high-quality, durable, and weather-resistant DAEMON branded bags. Each garment is individually folded and placed in a protective sleeve before being sealed inside our premium matte black mailing bag. This secure packaging prevents tampering, dust, moisture, and handling damage during transit.
5. Real-Time Tracking & Notifications
The moment your shipment is picked up by our courier partner, a unique AWB (Air Waybill) number is generated and linked to your order. You will receive an automated tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time by clicking the tracking link, logging into your DAEMON account under "Order History," or entering your AWB directly on the courier partner's tracking portal.
6. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Thresholds
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,500 across India. For orders below ₹2,500, a flat shipping and handling fee is charged at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable COD convenience fee is applied to cover additional handling costs charged by logistics carriers, as indicated at the time of checkout.
7. Address Corrections and Delivery Modifications
If you need to update or correct your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately. We can modify shipping details only before the package is handed over to the courier partner. Once an order is marked as "Shipped" and an AWB has been generated, we cannot alter the address or redirect the shipment.
8. Delivery Attempts and NDR Process
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package multiple times before initiating a return. If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable or the address is locked, you will receive a notification allowing you to schedule a preferred delivery date. In case of consecutive failed attempts, the courier flags the order under Non-Delivery Report (NDR) status, and our customer support team will contact you to coordinate a successful delivery.
9. RTO (Return to Origin) & Lost Shipments
If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect/incomplete contact details, customer refusal, or repeated unavailability, the order is cancelled and processed as an RTO (Return to Origin). For prepaid RTO orders, a refund will be processed as DAEMON store credits after deducting return shipping charges. In the extremely rare event that a shipment is officially declared lost in transit by our courier partner, we will issue a complete replacement or a full refund back to your original payment method.
