This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (handled via our logistics partner Shiprocket). Shipping timelines provided on the website are estimated guidelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Order Cancellations by Customer or Brand
Orders can be cancelled by the customer before they are processed and packed at our warehouse. Once an order is processed, packaged, or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the customer must follow our standard return process. DAEMON reserves the right to cancel any order due to product stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or payment transaction failures.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of DAEMON or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
